방송에서 사용된 음악모니터링을 통한 음악저작권 시스템 연구 (핑거프린팅 기술을 중심으로)

Abstract

While increasing the demands of the accurate settlement the msuic on broadcasting like television, radio by the owner of music (neighboring)copyright, studies that all levels from the collection musics to be used on broadcasting to the verification of the monitoring data validation were insufficient. This study is expected to research that the method of monitoring by the music fingerprinting technology, the configuration and operation methods based on fingerprinting technology of system for settlement of music copyrights, the validation music-monitoring data on broadcasting by monitoring solution based on fingerprinting and based on this work to examine the problems and ways of music copyright processing systems and operational aspects for the efficient distribution to licensees.
