무기체계SW 연구개발사업 성공의 핵심은 체계적인 사업관리와 이를 지원하는 전문적인 감리에 있다. 무기체계SW 연구개발 사업의 감리 적용 효과 연구의 목적은 프로젝트 이해관계자들에게 감리 효과 설계모델을 제시하여 무기체계SW 사업의 감리제도를 정책화 하고 연구하는 기본 자료로 활용할 수 있도록 하는 것이다. 본 논문에서는 정보시스템과 무기체계 연구개발 사업 감리 효과를 관련연구를 통해 분석하고 설문을 통하여 구조적으로 설계된 무기체계SW 연구개발 사업의 감리 적용 효과 설계모델의 검증 결과를 제시하였다.
Abstract
At the core of the success of a weapon system software research and development (“R&D”) project is an organized project management and professional auditing that supports the management. The purpose of this study of the effects of auditing a weapon system software R&D project is, by presenting to the interested parties of the project a design model of auditing effects, to serve as the fundamental information in researching and establishing a policy of utilizing audits for weapon system software projects. In this paper, we analyze the effects of information systems development project audits and weapon system R&D project audits through relevant studies, and present the verification results of a design model that is structurally constructed through a survey and analyzes the effects of weapon system software project audits.
