국내 소프트웨어 사업자의 신규 디지털 사업 수행 현황에 관한 연구

본 연구는 소프트웨어 융합 활동이 있는 국내 서비스업 사업체들의 신규 디지털 사업 수행 현황과 신규 디지털 사업 수행 정도에 따른 인력 현황, SW 기술 도입 현황, 디지털 전환 현황 등을 파악하기 위한 목적으로 수행되었다. ‘2021년 SW융합 실태조사’ 자료로 분석한 결과, 신규 디지털 사업 수행 정도가 낮은 사업체들이 대다수를 차지했고 신규 디지털 사업 수행 정도에 따라 인력 현황, SW 기술 도입 현황, 디지털 전환 현황 등이 유의미한 차이를 나타냈다. 연구의 주요결과에 대한 논의와 함께 서비스업 사업체의 디지털 전환을 위한 함의를 제시하였다.
Abstract
This study was conducted with the aim of understanding the current status of new digital business performance, personnel status, software technology adoption, and digital transformation of domestic service industry businesses engaged in software integration activities. Analyzing data from the '2021 Software Convergence Survey,' the results revealed that a majority of businesses with low levels of new digital business performance dominated the landscape. Significant differences in personnel status, software technology adoption, and digital transformation were observed based on the extent of engagement in new digital business activities. The discussion of key research findings is accompanied by implications for the digital transformation of service industry businesses.
