데이터는 디지털 경제시대의 원유라고 일컫고 있음에도 불구하고 그 가치에 영향을 주는 요인이나 가치평가 기준 등의 연구는 부족하다. 2020년 개정시행된 데이터3법을 근간으로 최근 마이데이터 사업자가 다양한 개인정보를 통해 사업을 시작했으나 개인정보를 제공하는 데이터 주체인 소비자에게 적절한 보상체계가 없어 이에 대한 보완도 필요하다. 본 연구는 향후 마이데이터의 가치평가의 주요 지표가 될 수 있도록 금융마이데이터의 가치평가에 영향을 주는 요인을 연구하였다. 연구는 선행논문 등을 통해 일반적으로 데이터가 가지고 있는 데이터의 기본특성, 데이터의 가장 핵심이 되는 데이터의 품질특성, 그리고 가치의 정의를 토대로한 데이터 가치특성과 데이터의 가치평가모델 특성으로 구분하여 진행하였고 금융마이데이터 특성을 적용하여 금융마이데이터의 가치평가에 영향을 주는 요인을 정의하였다.
Abstract
Although data is referred to as the crude oil of the digital economy, studies on factors affecting its value and valuation standards are lacking. Based on the Data 3 Act, which was amended in 2020, recently, MyData business operators started their business through various personal information, but there is no adequate compensation system for consumers, the data subjects who provide personal data, so it needs to be supplemented. This study studied the factors affecting the valuation of MyData so that it could become a major indicator of the valuation of MyData in the future. The research is conducted by dividing the data value characteristics based on the basic characteristics of data, the quality characteristics of data, which are the most important data, and the definition of value, and the characteristics of the value evaluation model of data in general through preceding papers, etc. And by applying the characteristics of My Data, the factors affecting the valuation of My Data were defined.
