본 연구는 SLM 기반 STO 플랫폼 서비스의 투자자 수용 의도를 분석하였다. VAM과 UTAUT 모델을 활용해 적합성, 정보유용성, 비용 효율성 등의 긍정적 요인과 정보 신뢰성, 규제 위험성 등의 부정적 요인을 검토하였다. 연구 결과, 실시간 맞춤 정보 제공과 비용 절감 등의 장점이 있는 반면, 정보 정확성과 규제 문제도 존재함을 확인하였다. 본 연구는 SLM의 금융 혁신 가능성과 상용화를 위한 방향성을 제시하며, AI 기반 금융 서비스 적용을 논의한다.
Abstract
This study analyzes investors' adoption intention of SLM-based STO platform services. Using the Value-Based Adoption Model (VAM) and the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT), it examines positive factors such as relevance, information usefulness, and cost efficiency, as well as negative factors like information reliability and regulatory risks. The findings indicate that while SLM-based STO platforms offer benefits such as real-time personalized information and cost reduction, concerns regarding information accuracy and regulatory challenges persist. This study suggests directions for the commercialization and technological adoption of SLM in the financial sector and discusses the application of AI-driven financial services.
