Purpose of this survey is to investigate the emotion(anger) regulation of white collar office workers in their communication. The results of the study showed approximately 75% of the workers struggled with emotional difficulty in their communication 1-2 times a month or more. In addition, When they could not control their communication well, mostly they used the meaning of language to ignore the presence of others and profanity. The educational communication program should explored the appropriate communicate reactions and the accurate judgment for the good situation to improve emotions(anger) regulation of office workers.
