The People's Republic of China which has experienced 30 years reforming and opening, in state-building 60th anniversary today, is becoming a superpower on the earth and especially in East Asia. This rising superpower proposes peaceful development and brings neighbors into harmony for avoiding causing various countries' suspicion, in order to devote to the creation of market economy foundation for co-prosperity with various countries. But on the other hand, it actually insists to extending its sovereignty to Taiwan and surrounds Taiwan in the East Asia regional economies integrating process. It causes the relations across the Taiwan Straits unstable and unharmonious. In such both sides and international relational construction, a democratic and free Taiwan how to maintain its national lasting and developing is what this article concerns.
