화전가의 의사소통 방식에 나타난 문학치료적 의미

Abstract

This thesis pointed on communication method of Hwajeonga(화전가) from the viewpoint of literary therapy. Literary therapy is a process which restores a patient from abnormal mental state to normal state through literary works. Hwajeonga are written with a group play background, and often created group work or rotation work or series work. Therefore discordant circumstances often are described in Hwajeonga. Actually the process of dispute and compromise between two groups are described in Hwajeonga.: men group and women group, old women and young girls or one's husband's sisters and the wives of one's brother in women group. Generally this dispute is described very humorously and dispute often is ended by means of instructive gasa by an old women. Communication method of Hwajeonga are divided into two groups. The first, in case of communication within one text. The second, in case of communication in series work. In the first case, <Dwendong's mother Hwajeonga(된동어미화전가)> <Hwajeonga 9> <Hwajeonga 12> <Hwajeonga 18> are included. In the second case, <Johwajeonga(조화전가)> and <Banjohwajeonga(반조화전가)>(men versus women), <Hapcheon Hwayangdong Kyubanggasa (합천 화양동 규방가사)>, <Hwajeondapga(화전답가)>, <Hwasuga(화수가)> and <Hwasudapga(화수답가)>(women versus women) are included. The women expressed various troubles of their lives by Hwajeonga in 18-19th century. So Hwajeonga is very important on the upper-class women's lives in the latter part of the Choseon period.
