“东亚文化共同体”作为东亚共同体三大支柱之一，对东亚区域一体化中其他共同体的建设起着重要作用。由于历史原因和现实因素，中日韩对“东亚文化共同体”有着不同的看法，随着地区形势的变化，中日韩携手合作共同建设文化共同体，将为东亚共同体建设奠定良好的基础和稳定的保证。十年来，中日韩已经在此基础上开展一系列的相互合作与交流，在文化共同体建设方面取得一定的进步。本文进一步提出中日韩合作建设“东亚文化共同体”的相关建议，也就是相互了解和尊重对方、注重制度化建设、加强政府间合作、促进民间交流、抓住重大事件机遇。
Abstract
As one of the three pillars of “East Asian Community”, “East Asian Cultural Community” plays an important role in the construction of other communities in East Asian regional integration. Due to historical and realistic factors, China, Japan and South Korea have different views on the “East Asian Cultural Community”. With the change of regional situation, China, Japan and South Korea will work together to build a cultural community, which will lay a good foundation and guarantee of stability for the construction of “East Asian Community”. Over the past decade, China, Japan and South Korea have carried out a series of mutual cooperation and exchanges on this basis, and made some progress in the construction of cultural community. This paper further puts forward relevant suggestions on the cooperation between China, Japan and South Korea in the construction of “East Asian Cultural Community”, that is, mutual understanding and respect for each other, focusing on institutional construction, strengthening intergovernmental cooperation, promoting non-governmental exchanges and seizing opportunities of major events.
