남산예술센터 디지털 아카이브 개선 방안 연구

Abstract

This research is a study on ways to improve the Namsan Arts Center digital archive, which started service on January 1, 2021. By analyzing the digital archive usage pattern for about a year, data and web pages that are frequently used or that convey performance knowledge were selected as targets for improvement. In addition, web service was selected as a target for further improvement in order to facilitate data utilization and digital archive use. The improvement target is in five areas: an organization/group network graph, theatre space archive, conceptual data, data utilization and web service. Case studies were conducted in domestic and international digital archives and art knowledge information websites and portals to review improvement measures. Based on the case review, the complementary direction of the improvement target was discussed. In order to establish the relationship between organizations/groups as a network, it is required to supplement the relationship data and accumulate data based on this. Theatre space archive provides visual storytelling of performances by providing materials and information on top of the theater 360VR image. Concept data needs to be supplemented with definitions and explanations to convey a wealth of performance history knowledge. In addition performance information should be more intuitively utilized through web service improvement and original data and machine-readable data should be disclosed so that it can be used in creation and industry. Finally, it is proposed to review and utilize the public data construction project in progress by the government to carry out this study
