한국 전통 복식을 응용한 호텔용가운의 디자인 개발을 위한 실태 조사-소비자를 대상으로-

Abstract

To design hotel gown based on Korean traditional costume, this study was surveyed consumers' opinions about hotel gown. When answers stayed at hotel, half of them didn't wear the hotel gown. They thought gown designs of Korean hotel were not attractive and were not different from other countries. But consumers considered hotel gown is important to express images of hotel. Most of answers agreed that it is necessary to make new design of hotel gown based on Korean traditional costumes. If there are kept new designs of hotel gown based on Korean traditional costume in hotel room, they like to wear them. To express Korean traditional culture and fresh taste in hotel gown, it is appropriate that we use white and pale colors, constructional lines of Korean traditional Pho, and Korean traditional pattems of Taegug(Korean frag), Cloud, Jujag, Crown decoration.
