대나무잎 추출물에 의한 견직물의 염색성

Abstract

For the practical use of natural dyeing, dyeing properties of silk fabrics with bamboo leaves were studied. The concentration of bamboo leaves, dyeing temperature, dyeing time, dyeing repeatation, and mordanting conditions were investigated. Also maximum absorbance of bamboo leaf's extract was determined. The Maximum absorbance of bamboo leaf was 1.21 at 275nm. The silk fabric dyed with bamboo leaf appeared yellow. The proper concentration's of bamboo leaf was 400%(o.w.f.). The optimum dyeing temperature, dyeing time were 80℃, 40 minutes. The K/s value of silk fabrics were higher in the post mordanting method than pre mordanting, while the post-Cu was the best mordant. Also Cu-mordanted silk showed the highest fastness to light. Alumimium-mordanted silk fabrics had no valuable effect.
