사이코드라마 프로그램 효과성연구에 관한 동향분석

초록

본 연구는 사이코드라마 프로그램 효과성과 관련된 논문들의 연구 동향을 알아보고 차후 메타분석을 이용한 효과성 검증을 위한 사전 연구의 의미를 담고 있다. 현재 발표된 사이코드라마와 관련된 학위논문과 학회지 논문 중에서 효과성 연구와 관련된 논문들을 분석하여 효과성연구에 대한 동향을 알아보고자 하였다. 학술연구정보서비스에서 석사학위논문 10편, 박사학위논문 5편, 학회지논문 24편으로 총 39편의 효과성 관련논문을 대상으로 선정하고, 내용의 고찰과 빈도분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 효과성과 관련한 연구논문의 수는연도에 따라 증가하는 추세를 보이고 있었으며 학위논문보다는 학회지에 발표된 논문이 많음을 알 수 있었다. 발달단계별 분포로는 성인 29편(74.36%)으로 가장 많았으며 청소년기 8편(20.51%), 아동기 1편(2.56%)으로 나타났고 그밖에는 노인을 대상으로 한 연구가 1편(2.56%)으로 나타났다. 연구대상의 특성을 살펴보면 일반 12편(30.77%), 정신병리 9편(23.08%), 정신장애인 2편(5.26%), 부적응청소년 5편(12.82%), 가정폭력 6편(15.38%), 기타 5편( 12.82%)으로 나타났다. 효과성 요인 특성으로는 인지, 정서, 사회영역과 기타영역 등에서 다양한 효과가있었으며 내용 중 일부를 살펴보면 민감성, 창조성, 자발성, 자기효능감, 정서조절, 자기실현,사회적 문제해결, 대인관계변화, 안녕감, 역기능적 신념 등이 있었다.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to meta analyze the research studies and to find the trendon the topic of the effectiveness of psychodrama program. Included were the dissertationsand journal articles. On the search for the key word ‘the effectiveness of psychodrama’at the Research Information Sharing Service, 39 research studies were analyzed including10 master’s theses, 5 doctoral dissertations, and 24 journal articles. The content and thefrequency analyses were conducted, which showed that the number of the studies steadilyincreased and the number of the research articles was more than that of theses anddissertations. The number of the research studies on adults was the largest(74.36%); andadolescents(21,51%), children(2.63%), and the elderly(2.56%). The number of the researchstudies on the general population was the largest(30.77%), psychopathological cases(23.08%), mental disorder(5.26%), maladjusted adolescents(12.82%) family violence(15.38%) andthe others(12.82%). In addition to the topic of the effectiveness of psychodrama, othervarious topics were dealt with such as perception, emotion and sociality. Psychodramaseems to be effective in the sensibility, creativiti, spontaneity, self-efficiency, emotionalregulation, self realization, social problem solving, change of personal relationship,psychological well-being, and dysfunctional belief.
