사이코드라마전문가의 성장경험에 관한 질적 연구

본 연구의 목적은 사이코드라마를 진행하는 전문가의 성장 경험의 의미와 본질이 무엇인지를연구하는데 있다. 이를 위해 한국사이코드라마･소시오드라마학회 소속 사이코드라마전문가 16명을 대상으로 2013년 2월부터 4월까지 심층면접을 실시한 후, Giorgi의 현상학적 관점에서분석하였다. 그 결과 6개의 구성요소, 17개의 하위구성요소, 97개의 의미단위 등이 도출되었다. 6개 구성요소는 ‘마음을 움직이는 힘에 이끌리어 첫발을 디딤’, ‘수행의 길로 들어섬’, ‘타인과 진정한 만남을 실천함’, ‘성찰을 통해 성숙되어짐’, ‘새로운 삶으로 거듭남’, ‘전문가의 삶과 내 삶이 하나가 됨’등이었다. 이와 같은 사이코드라마의 성장 경험은 전문가 수행과정중인디렉터는 물론 사이코드라마 디렉터 수련생 또는 자기성장을 위해 노력하는 전문가, 사이코드라마 참여자에게도 도움이 될 수 있을 것이다. 향후 사이코드라마전문가 영역별, 즉 수련감독자, 1급, 2급별로 성장경험을 연구할 수 있기를 제언한다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to identify the meaning and the essence of growingexperiences of psychodramatists and to contribute for the growth of those who practicepsychodrama or who are trainees of psychodrama. Data were collected through in-depthinterviews with sixteen certified psychodramatists who are members of the KoreanAssociation for Psychodrama and Sociodrama(KAPS), from February till April of 2013. Data were analyzed using Giorgi's phenomenological research method. The analysisresulted in six essential components, 17 sub-components, and 97 meaningful units. Sixessential components include ‘Starting the first step lead by some inspiring power,’‘Entering a road to become an apprentice,’ ‘Practicing and encountering with others,’‘Becoming more mature through introspection,’ ‘Born again toward new life,’ ‘Uniting mylife with a professional life.’ The growing experiences of psychodramatists could providea valuable vision for those in psychodrama training, those who exert themselves to growas psychodramatists, and people who participate in psychodrama programs. From nowon, we suggested the research on the growing experiences of sub-categorizedpsychodramatists, such as trainer･educator and practitioner, certified practitioner 1st, andcertified practitioner 2ed.
