초록

본 연구의 목적은 저소득 한부모 여성가장을 대상으로 Satir의 가족조각기법을 활용하여 심리적복지감 및 증상체크리스트에 미치는 효과성을 살펴보았다. 대상으로는 J지역 OOOO센터를이용하고 있는 재가복지대상이며, 프로그램 진행은 2013년 1월부터 3월까지 회기당 약 120분씩 실시하였다. 본 연구의 효과를 검증하기 위하여 실험집단과 통제집단을 설정하여 프로그램실시 전･후에 검사지를 실시 한 후 개입전후의 차이를 알아보기 위해 독립표본 t검증을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 실험집단과 통제집단간의 유의한 차이가 있음을 알 수 있다. Satir의 가족조각기법을 활용하여 저소득 한부모 여성가장을 대상으로 심리적복지감 및 증상체크리스트가 향상되어 긍정적으로 나타났다. 따라서 저소득 한부모 여성가장의 심리적복지감및 증상체크리스트를 향상 시킬 수 있는 기회를 갖기 위한 개입 집단상담 프로그램으로서 효과가 있다. 여러 가지 급변하는 어려운 한계 속에 저소득 한부모 여성가장을 대상으로 하는사회복지실천현장과 상담관련 현장에서 Satir 가족조각기법을 활용한 집단상담의 활용가능성을제시하는 데에 의의와 큰 성과가 있다고 하겠다.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to see the effect of group counseling on the improvementof psychological well-being and symptoms checklist of low-income single-parents' femalethrough Satir's family sculpture technique. The program took place from January 2012 toMarch 2012, once a week, total of 8 times at each class endured 120 minutes. To verifythe effectiveness of the program, experimental group and controlled group were selectedand took psychological well-being and symptoms checklist test before and after theprogram and then took the pair t-test. As a result of the research, there is a significant difference between the experimentalgroup and controlling group. Using the Satir's family sculpture technique, for thelow-incomes single-parents' female, the sense of psychological well-being and symptomschecklist were positively improved. Therefore, it has worked as an intervention groupcounseling for the chance to enhance the sense of psychological well-being andsymptoms checklist of the low-income single-parents' female. It's productive to suggest the possibility of application of this to the low-incomesingle-parents' female under the difficult situation with speedy social changes in theaspects of conflict, emotion and psychology in social work practice counseling fieldthrough development of various program.
