실과 수업 컨설팅 장학에 대한 제주 지역 초등 교사들의 인식 및 교육 요구도

이 연구의 목적은 제주 지역 초등 교사를 대상으로 실과 수업 컨설팅 장학에 대한 제 인식을 조사하고, 더불어 실과 수업 컨설팅 장학 내용에 대해 교직 경력에 따른 교사 집단간 인식의 차이 및 교육 요구도를 조사하는 것이다. 이를 위해 54개의 문항으로 이루어진 질문지를 개발하여 제주지역 초등교사 117명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였다. 이 연구를 통하여 얻은 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 응답 교사들은 실과 수업 컨설팅 장학의 필요성 인식에 비하여 그 참여 의지는 부족하였다. 또한 실과 수업 컨설팅 장학을 받고 싶은 영역으로는 수업 방법이 가장 많았고, 컨설팅 요원으로는 동료 교사를 선호하고 있었다. 둘째, 실과 수업 컨설팅 장학 내용 중 교사 집단의 중요도 인식이 높은 것으로는 실습 지도하기, 실습 기자재 다루기, 실습(장) 환경 꾸미기, 학습 자료 수집 및 제작하기, 협동학습으로 수업하기, 총괄평가하기, 현장학습법으로 수업하기, 문제해결학습법으로 수업하기, 프로젝트법으로 수업하기 등이었다. 셋째, 교육요구도가 상대적으로 높게 나타난 내용으로는 기술영역에 대한 지식, 프로젝트법으로 수업하기, 실습지도하기, 실습 기자재 다루기, 응급 처치하기 등이었고, 상대적으로 낮게 조사된 것은 교수․학습 과정안 작성하기, 강의법으로 수업하기, 토의법으로 수업하기, CAI 방법으로 수업하기, 수행평가하기 등이었다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to survey recognition and degree of educational demands on teaching consulting supervision of elementary school teachers in Jeju province. One hundred seventeen teachers answer the questionnaire to contain 54 items on recognition and levels of educational demands on teaching consulting supervision of Practical Arts Education. The results of this study were as followings: First, the degree of intention to consult about teaching of Practical Arts Education was low. The content in which they want most to consult was 'teaching methods'. Second, Degree of recognition of Importance in contents of teaching consultation supervision of Practical Arts Education was high in 'guide the practice', 'manage the equipments of laboratory', 'manage the surroundings of laboratory', 'collect the resources and develop the teaching materials', 'teach with cooperation method in class', 'teach with project method in class' and etc.. Third, the contents with high degree of educational demands were 'knowledge on technology area', 'teach with project method in class', 'guide the practice', 'manage the equipments of laboratory', 'treat the accidents of students in class' and etc..
