효 개념은 인간과 동물을 구분짓는 행동양식 중 대표적인 것으로 꼽는 것 중 하나이다. 인간이 아닌 동물들중에 부모가 죽을 때까지 자식이 부모를 봉양하는 동물은 아직 학계에 보고된 바가 없다. 전통적으로 효도를 정당화하기 위해 제시된 논증은 호혜성 원리이다. 즉, 도덕적으로 특정인이 상대로부터 어떤 혜택을 받았다면 그에 감사하고 보답하는 것은 당연한 도덕적 요구이다. 정조대왕의 능행차는 수원화성문화제의 대표적인 프로그램이며, 유네스코의 세계문화유산 수원화성(1997)을 포함해 많은 유형, 무형 문화재를 남겼다. 향후, 정조대왕의 능행차가 정조대왕의 위민정신과 효심이 지금 살아나도록 세계무형문화유산이 되도록 노력하여야 한다. 각 지자체의 재현행사는 해당구간별로 을묘년 원행의 공식 기록인 ‘원행을묘정리의궤’의 내용 중 반차도, 화성행행도, 원행정례 등을 바탕으로 고증하여 재현행사를 펼치고, 능행차의 주요 거점마다 시민들을 위한 프로그램이 마련되어야 한다.
Abstract
The concept of efficacy is unique to human beings and one that distinguishes them from and elevates them above all other creatures. Among non-human animals, there is no record of offspring who take care of their parents until their death. Traditionally, the argument presented to justify filial piety is reciprocity. In other words, it is a moral requirement to appreciate and reward a moral person if a certain person has benefited from the kindness of such a moral person. The Jungjo Great King's performance is a representative program of the Suwon Hwaseong Cultural Festival. It is a representative program of the Suwon Hwaseong Cultural Festival. It has many other types and intangible cultural properties including the UNESCO World Heritage site, Suwon Hwaseong (1997). In the future, it should strive to become a part of the intangible cultural heritage of the world so that the spirit of Jungjo Great King will survive and live on. The re-staging of events of each municipality were rehearsed on the basis of the semi-roads, Hwasung trails, and the regular rituals in the contents of the “Record of the reigns.” This is a program prepared for citizens.
