Labyrinth dances are characterized by a recursive sequence of entering and returning from the labyrinth. It symbolize the journey of conquering sin and the resurrection of Jesus. In modern times, labyrinth dances have been reinterpreted not only as a way to reflect on their religious significance but also as a method for personal introspec- tion, meditation, and spiritual healing.
