고등부 태권도 선수들이 인지하는 진성리더십, 회복탄력성, 인지된 경기력과의 구조적 관계

초록

본 연구는 고등부 태권도 선수들이 인지하는 진성리더십, 회복탄력성, 인지된 경기력과의 구조적관계를 분석하는 데 목적이 있으며, 고등부 태권도 선수 273명을 대상으로 편의표본 추출을 통해 진성리더십 질문지, 회복탄력성 질문지, 인지된 경기력 질문지를 설문하였다. 본 연구의 목적 달성을 위해PASW 23.0과 AMOS 23.0을 사용하여 빈도분석, 확인적 요인분석, 신뢰도 검증 및 상관관계 분석을 실시하였으며, 구조방정식모형을 검증하여 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 진성리더십은 회복탄력성에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 진성리더십은 인지된 경기력에 정적인 영향을미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 회복탄력성은 인지된 경기력에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 회복탄력성은 진성리더십과 인지된 경기력과의 관계를 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 지도자들의 진정성 리더십은 선수와 팀 성과에 도움이 될 수 있음을 시사한다.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze structural relation among authentic leadership, resilience and perceived performance of high school Taekwondo players. 273 high school Taekwondo players were selected as participants by convenience sampling, and they were done in authentic leadership questionnaire, resilience questionnaire, and perceived performance questionnaire. For data analysis PASW 23.0 and AMOS 23.0 were used for frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis and structure equation modeling analysis. This results were as follows. Firstly, authentic leadership had significant positive relationship with resilience. Secondly, authentic leadership had significant positive relationship with perceived performance. Thirdly, resilience had significant positive relationship with perceived performance. Finally, it was found that resilience was as a mediator in the relationship between authentic leadership and perceived performance. These findings suggest that coaches may benefit from being authentic leadership as this may be beneficial for athlete and team outcomes.
