초록

음악치료사들이 자신의 정서에 민감하게 반응하는 것은 클라이언트의 정서 및 기분을 알아차리는 것과연결되어 치료적 관계를 형성하는데 중요한 요인으로 작용할 수 있다. 그러므로 본 연구는 음악치료사의정서경험 특성으로 인해 임상 현장에서 발생할 수 있는 관계에 대한 통찰을 얻기 위해 음악치료사의 정서경험 특성과 대인관계 성향 간의 관계를 탐구하는데 목적을 두었다. 본 연구의 대상자는 임상에서 활동하고 있는 음악치료사 107명으로 평균 연령 31.8세이고, 평균 임상 경력 4.8년이었다. 연구를 위해 사용된 측정도구는 표준화된 척도인 정서 인식의 명확성 척도(TMMS), 정서주의력 척도(MAS), 정서강도 척도(AIM), 대인관계 성향 척도를 사용하였다. 본 연구에서 수집된 자료는 SPSS 20.0을 사용하여 분석하였는데, 각 척도의 신뢰도 검증을 위해 Cronbach's α계수를 산출하였고, 각 변인들 간의 상관을 알아보기 위하여 상관관계분석을 통해 Person 적률상관계수(Person product-moment correlation coefficient)를 산출하였으며, 정서인식의 명확성, 정서 주의력, 정서 강도와 대인관계 성향 간의 관계를 분석하기 위해 중다회귀분석(MuitipleRegression Analysis)을 사용하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 정서인식의 명확성은 대인관계 성향 중사회관계 성향에, 정서 주의력은 표현 성향에, 정서 강도는 사회관계 성향에 각각 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 자신의 정서를 명확하게 인식하는 사람일수록 사회관계 성향이 높고, 자신의 정서에 주의를 잘 기울이는 사람일수록 표현 성향이 높으며, 자신의 정서를 강력하게 느끼는 사람일수록 사회관계 성향이 높은것으로 나타났다. 임상의 현장에서 클라이언트와 관계 형성을 통해 치료하는 음악치료사가 자신이 사용하는 정서조절 양식을 이해하게 된다면 내담자와 원활한 상호작용을 할 수 있을 것이라 사료되는 바이다.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of music therapist's emotional clarification,emotional attention, emotional intensity on interpersonal relationship. The research problems were as follows. Hypothesis 1 : There will be significantly correlations among emotional clarification, emotional attention,emotional intensity and trait of interpersonal relationship. Hypothesis 2 : emotional clarification, emotionalattention, emotional intensity will have significant effects trait of interpersonal relationship. In order to verifythe above hypotheses which set up for this study, 107 music therapists, average age was 31.8 year, averageclinical work experience was 4.8 year. The instruments used for this study were TMMS(Trait Meta-MoodScale), MAS(Mood Awareness Scale), AIM(Affect Intensity Measure), Trait of Interpersonal Relationship Scale. The data was analyzed by correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis using SPSS/WIN 20.0 programpackage. All statistic values were tested in the level of significant(p< .05). The results of this research weresummarized as follows : First, there were partially significantly correlation of emotional clarification, emotionalattention, emotional intensity and trait of interpersonal relationship. Second, emotional clarification havesignificant effect on trait of social relation, emotional attention have significant effect on trait of expression,emotional intensity have significant effect on trait of social relation.
