초록

Telecommunication-based financial fraud has rapidly evolved into a sophisticated form of cyber-enabled crime, utilizing technologies such as deepfake voice synthesis, caller ID spoofing, and psychological manipulation. While academic interest in this field has grown, much of the existing research remains concentrated on technological detection models and legal frameworks, often overlooking victim-centered approaches and communication dynamics. This study analyzes 138 peer-reviewed Korean journal articles related to telecommunication financial fraud using a mixed bibliometric and semantic network approach. Through co-occurrence mapping and CONCOR cluster analysis, the study categorizes core research keywords and reveals the structural distribution of thematic domains. Four dominant clusters were identified: technical detection, victim psychology, legal-policy analysis, and communication strategies. The results highlight a pronounced structural bias toward technological and legal themes, with limited scholarly attention to psychological and communicative dimensions. Moreover, the weak connectivity between clusters underscores the need for a more integrated and interdisciplinary research framework. This study not only diagnoses the thematic imbalance within the current literature but also provides a foundational structure for designing more balanced and practice-oriented countermeasures against telecommunication-based fraud.
