산소아과 간호사의 문화적 역량이 임상수행능력에 미치는 영향

이 연구는 산소아과 간호사의 문화적 역량이 임상수행능력에 미치는 영향을 확인하여 임상수행능력을 향상시키기 위한 기초자료를 수집하기 위해 시도되었다. 연구대상은 B광역시, C시, G시에 소재한 간호사 166명이었으며, 일반적 특성, 문화적 역량, 임상수행능력을 설문조사하였다. SPSS 26.0 프로그램을 활용하여 기술통계, 독립표본 t검정, 일원분류 분산분석, 피어슨 상관관계, 다중회귀로 분석하였다. 연구 결과 대상자의 문화적역량의 하위변수인 문화적 지식, 문화적 인식, 문화적 민감성, 문화적 기술은 임상수행능력과 유의한 정(+)의 상관관계를 나타내었고, 임상수행능력에 영향요인은 산부인과 관련 부서(β=-.16, p=.010), 문화적 인식(β=.20, p=.008), 문화적 기술(β=.42, p=.000)으로 나타났고, 총 38.1% 설명하는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 산소아과 간호사의 임상수행능력을 향상시키기 위한 중재 프로그램 설계할 때 문화적 인식, 문화적 기술을 강화시킬 수 있는 방안을 모색하는 것이 필요하다.
Abstract
This study was conducted to examine the impact of cultural competency of obstetric gynecology and pediatrics nurse on clinical competence. Participants were 166 obstetric gynecology and pediatrics nurses working in the B metropolitan city, C city, and G city. A survey was conducted on general characteristics, cultural competency, and clinical competency ability. The data were analyzed using SPSS 26.0 software through descriptive statistics, independent t-tests, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation, and multiple regression analysis. The sub-variables of subject's cultural competence including cultural awareness, cultural knowledge, cultural sensitivity and cultural skills had a significant positive correlation with clinical competency. Factors influencing clinical competency included the department related to obstetrics and gynecology (β=-.16, p=.010), cultural awareness (β=.20, p=.008), and cultural skills (β=.42, p=.000), explaining a total of 38.1% of the variance. Therefore, when designing intervention programs to improve the clinical competency of obstetric gynecology pediatric nurses, it is necessary to seek ways to strengthen cultural awareness and cultural skills.
