천포창 환자의 치과치료시 고려사항: 증례 보고 및 문헌고찰

수포성 자가면역 질환에 걸린 천포창 환자의 치료함에 있어 임상의는 세심한 주의를 기울여야 한다. 치과치료로 인해 구강 내 점막이 자극되면 천포창은 심화될 수 있다. 이에 우리는 41세 천포창 환자의 고정성 보철물 수복 사례를 통해 천포창 환자에 있어 임상 치료시 주의점에 대해 알아보고자 한다.
Abstract
To treat pemphigus patients who suffer from autoimmune blistering disease, clinicians should apply special consideration to them. Since oral cavity is composed of mucosa membrane, dental treatment could irritate these patients’ mucosal surface and intensify the disease. In this case, 41-year old female with general pemphigus vulgaris got #25 fixed prosthodontics treatments. This case report suggests some dental treatment considerations for mucocutaneous vesiculobullous disease.
