"최근 여성의 경제활동이 증가하면서 여성의 기업 활동이 높 아지고 있다. 그러나 여성의 기업 활동 참여와 여성기업의 활 성화의 중요성에도 불구하고 그 내용을 살펴보면 질적인 면에 서는 여전히 문제가 적지 않음을 확인할 수 있다. 국내의 여성기업은 양적으로는 전체 여성사업체수가 늘어났 지만, 질적으로는 우리나라 여성의 기업가적 역량이 충분히 발 휘되고 있다고 보기는 어렵다. 따라서 여성기업의 활성화를 위해 서 여성기업이 처해있는 현실을 파악하고 이를 위한 실효성 있는 지원정책이 요구되는 상황이다. 본 연구는 ‘2016 벤처기업정밀실태조사’의 원자료(raw data)를 이용하여 벤처기업을 중심으로 여성기업과 남성기업의 차이성을 실증 분석하였다. 이를 바탕으로, 여성기업의 특성을 고려한 제도적 지원방안, 정부지원사업 진입장벽 완화 및 절차 간소화 방안과 정부지원 사업의 여성기업 일정비율 할당 방안을 제시하였다."
Abstract
"Recently, the number of women’s start ups and women’s businesses increase as the economic activities of women increase. Despite the importance of participation of women in enterprise activities and vitalization of women enterprises, however, it can be found that many problems still exist in quality when the details are examined. With regard to the domestic women enterprises, the overall number of women companies has increased in quantity, but it cannot be seen that the entrepreneurial capacity of Korean women is sufficiently demonstrated in quality. To activate the women businesses, therefore, it is required to understand the reality the women businesses encounter and provide effective supporting policies to solve it. In this study, the raw data of 2016 Survey of Korea Venture Firms were used to empirically analyze the difference between female and male enterprises, centered on venture firms. Based on the result, the institutional support for which features of women businesses are considered, the mitigation of entry barriers and simplification of procedures for the government-funded projects, and plans to assign the government-funded projects to women enterprises at a certain ratio were proposed in this study."
