본 고에서는 대학생 620명을 대상으로 대학생들의 다양한 성격적 유형, 자기효능감, 정서지능, 학습동기, 창의적 특성과 행복도 등을 파악하고, 성별, 학년별, 성적별로 학생들의 차이를 조사해보고자 하였다. 이를 통하여 연구에 참여한 대학생들의 성별, 학년별, 성적별로 다양한 특성의 차이를 알아볼 수 있었다. 각각의 검사지는 신뢰도가 비교적 높았으며 리커트 척도로 구성되어 있다. 또한 자기효능감, 정서지능, 학습동기, 창의적 특성, 행복도의 5가지 요인 간 상관관계를 살펴보았으며 각 성격적 유형별 대학생들의 자기효능감, 정서지능, 학습동기, 창의적 특성, 행복도의 5가지 요인에 대한 차이를 살펴보았다. 이를 통하여 추후 대학생들의 특성에 맞는 교과 또는 비교과 활동 프로그램을 개발하는 데 기초자료가 될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.
Abstract
This study investigated various characteristic aspects of college students by analyzing data collected from 620 students. The 5 trait inventory, self-esteem survey, emotional intelligence,academic motivations, creative characteristics, and the happiness level survey were used and analyzed according to students' gender, grade, and GPA. Each survey had high validity and was Likert scale. Also, the correlations among self-esteem, emotional intelligence, academic motivations, creative characteristics, and the happiness leval were found. The self-esteem, emotional intelligence, academic motivations, creative characteristics, and the happiness according to the 5 traits were investigated as well. This study may be used as useful data to plan for the future curriculum and extra activities for the college students.
