Abstract
The current study was aimed to test the mediational effects of organizationaltrust on the link between perceived corporate social responsibility andorganizational identification. In order to examine the hypothesis, 18277 employeeswere sampled. In structural equation modeling, the hypothetical model explainingthe structural paths and the fit of the model were evaluated. The results showedthat organizational trust mediated the relations between perceived corporate socialresponsibility and organizational identification. Additionally, the associationsbetween perceived corporate social responsibility and organizational trust wasmoderated by authentic leadership The implications and limitations of the study, and suggestions for future studies are discussed.
