4차 산업혁명시대를 맞아 과학에 대한 인식과 목표의 재고가 요구되고 있다. 범국민 참여를 유도하는 과학 친화적 사회 분위기와 과학문화를 확산하기 위한 생태계가 구축될 필요가 있어 과학문화콘텐츠의 중요성은 날로 증가한다. 또한 스마트 교육의 보편화로 인하여 다양한 분야와 기술들이 융합된 과학문화콘텐츠들이 등장한다. 이러한 과학문화콘텐츠들은 국경 없이 제작・유통되며 앞으로 더 많이 사용될 것이다. 이러한 이유로 인하여 본 연구에서는 과학문화콘텐츠의 질적 향상을 위하여 질 관리 방안을 제안하였다. 연구 결과물을 도출하기 위하여 다음과 같은 단계로 연구를 진행하였다. 첫째, 선행 연구들의 문헌 분석을 통한 시사점을 도출하였다. 둘째, 도출한 시사점을 반영한 과학문화콘텐츠 질 관리 방향을 설정하였다. 셋째, 현행 콘텐츠 질 관리 사례와의 비교 분석을 통한 대안 및 발전 방향을 제안하였다. 결과적으로 효율적인 콘텐츠 질 관리 체계, 모니터링 운영, 우수 과학문화콘텐츠 인증제, 콘텐츠 생명주기에 따른 적용 방안 등을 제안하였다.
Abstract
In the 4th Industrial Revolution, reconsideration of the recognition of science and the goals are required. The importance of scientific cultural contents is increasing day by day, as a science-friendly social atmosphere and ecosystem needs to be established to spread scientific culture. Also, scientific cultural contents that integrate various fields and technologies are introduced due to the prevalence of smart education. These scientific cultural contents will be produced and distributed without borders and used more in the future. For this reason, the research proposed quality control measures to improve the quality of scientific cultural contents. The research to derive the research result was carried out in the following steps. First, the implications were derived by analyzing the literature of preceding studies. Second, a direction for quality control of the scientific cultural contents reflecting the derived implications was established. Third, alternatives and directions for development were proposed through comparative analysis with the current content quality management cases. As a result, we proposed an efficient management system for content quality, monitoring operation, science and cultural contents certification method, and applicable method according to content life cycle.
