본 논문에서는 대학의 학사운영 안내를 보다 효과적으로 수행할 수 있는 챗봇 구축 방안에 대해 연구하였다. 이를 위해서 먼저 챗봇을 구축하기 위한 기술적 동향을 살펴보고 대학의 학사운영 업무의 특성을 분석하였다. 그리고 챗봇의 구성 유형에 따라 버튼 기반 챗봇, 시나리오 기반 챗봇, 키워드 인식 기반 챗봇, 인공지능 기반 챗봇, 하이브리드 기반 챗봇 등을 구축하는 방안을 제시하였다. 또한, 독자적으로 챗봇 시스템을 구축하기 위한 시스템 구조를 설계하여 제시하였고, 보다 편리하게 챗봇을 구축할 수 있는 방법으로 카카오 기반 챗봇 플랫폼, 라인 기반 챗봇 플랫폼, 페이스북 기반 챗봇 플랫폼, 위쳇 기반 챗봇 플랫폼 등 SNS 기반 인공지능 챗봇 구축 방법을 소개하였다.
Abstract
In this paper, a chatbot construction method was studied to more effectively guide the university's academic operation. Technological trends for building chatbots were examined and characteristics of university's undergraduate management tasks were analyzed. In addition, we looked at how to build a chatbot according to the type of chatbot configuration, and designed and presented a system structure for independently building a chatbot system. In addition, as a more convenient way to build chatbots, we introduced SNS-based AI chatbot construction methods such as Kakao-based chatbot platform, Line-based chatbot platform, Facebook-based chatbot platform, and WeChat-based chatbot platform.
