이 연구의 목적은 AHP 분석 방법을 활용하여 우리나라의 사회적경제 활성화 요인을 도출하는 것이다. AHP 분석 방법은 요인 간 쌍대 비교를 통하여 요인의 우선순위, 즉 가중치를 도출하는 방법이다. 확률 표본추출을 활용하여 추리 통계 분석을 하기 어려운 경우에 자주 활용되는 방법이다. AHP 방법 활용을 위한요인은 사회과학이론의 검토를 통해 이루어졌다. 사회과학이론은 사회적경제 활성화에 관한 이질성이론, 복지국가이론, 상호의존이론, 공급측면이론, 사회적기업가이론 등을 포함한다. 연구의 결과 지방자치단체장의관심이 사회적경제 활성화의 가장 큰 요인으로 도출되었으며, 사회적기업은 사회적기업가의 경영능력이, 협동조합은 거버넌스의 조성이 강조되는 것으로 밝혀졌다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to derive the factors for vitalizing the socialeconomy in Korea by using the AHP analysis method. The AHP is often usedin cases where it is difficult to analyze reasoning statistics using probabilitysampling. The factors for using the AHP method were made through the reviewof social science theory including the heterogeneity theory, the welfare statetheory, the interdependence theory, the supply side theory, and the theory ofsocial entrepreneurs. Research has shown that the interests of the heads oflocal governments have been elicited as the biggest factors in the revitalizationof the social economy, that social enterprises have shown that the managerialcapacity of social entrepreneurs, while co-operatives have shown that theformation of governance is the most important factor for the revitalization ofthe social economy.
