토닥이(ToDocE) 챗봇은 학교폭력을 조기에 진단하기 위한 인공지능 기반 자동화 시스템이다. 본 연구에서는 토닥이 엔진을 개발하고 구현하는 과정을 통해 학교폭력 예방 챗봇으로서의 가능성을 다음과 같이 탐구하였다. 첫째, 학교폭력의 유형별 피해 사례와 상담 데이터를 수집하고, 토픽모델링을 통해 온톨로지 기반의 학교폭력 사례를 유형화하고 데이터댐으로 구성하였다. 둘째, Python을 활용해 문장 분류를 위한 RNN 딥러닝 모델을 개발하여 챗봇 엔진을 구현하였다. 셋째, 챗봇 엔진에 대한 사용성 평가를 통해 시스템 적합성을 검증하고 개선 방안을 도출하여 시스템을 보완하였다. 향후 본 챗봇은 학교 현장에 적용하여 그 효과성과 실질적 활용 방안을 탐구할 필요가 있다.
Abstract
ToDocE chatbot is an AI-based automated system designed for the early detection of school violence. This study explores the potential of the ToDocE chatbot as a school violence prevention tool through the development and implementation of its engine. First, data on school violence cases and counseling records were collected, and an ontology-based classification of school violence cases was established using topic modeling. The classified data was then organized into a comprehensive data repository. Second, a chatbot engine was implemented by developing an RNN deep learning model for sentence classification using Python. Third, the usability of the chatbot engine was evaluated to verify system suitability, identify areas for improvement, and enhance the system accordingly. Future research should focus on applying this chatbot in school settings to investigate its effectiveness and practical applications.
