간호대학생의 긍정심리자본에 대한 융합적 영향요인

본 연구는 간호대학생의 긍정심리자본, 사회적 지지 및 정서조절능력 간의 관련성을 파악하고 사회적 지지 및 정서조절능력이 긍정심리자본에 미치는 영향을 규명하기 위해 실시되었다. 연구방법은 간호대학생 157명을 대상으로 조사연구를 실시하였다. 구조화된 설문지로 자료 수집하였고, SPSS/Win 21.0 program으로 분석하였다. 연구결과 간호대학생의 긍정심리자본은 중간이상(3.68점/5점 만점)의 수준이었고, 긍정심리자본과 사회적 지지, 정서조절능력 간에는 유의한 정적 상관관계가 있었다. 분석결과 긍정심리자본에 영향을 미치는 요인은 성별(β=-.11), 교수관계(β=.16), 평가적 지지(β=.40), 자기정서조절(β=.39)이었다. 모델의 전체 설명력은 68%였으며, 정서조절능력 중 자기정서조절이 긍정심리자본을 9%설명하는 것으로 나타났다. 간호대학생의 긍정심리자본 증진을 위해 정서조절 프로그램을 개발하고 제공하는 것이 효과적인 전략이 될 수 있다.
Abstract
This study aimed to investigate the relationship among positive psychology capital, social support and emotion regulation ability of nursing college students and to examine the effect of social support and emotion regulation ability on positive psychology capital. 157 nursing college students were participated in the study. Data were collected by structured questionnaire and analyzed by SPSS / Win 21.0 program. The results showed that the level of positive psychology capital among nursing college students was above middle level(3.68/5), and there was a significant positive correlation among positive psychology capital and social support and emotional regulation ability. The results showed that factors affecting positive psychological capital were gender (β = - .11), teaching relationship (β = .16), evaluation support (β = .40) and self emotion regulation (β = .39). The overall explanatory power of the model was 68%, and by emotional self control of the emotion regulation ability explanatory power of the positive psychological capital was 9%. In order to enhance positive psychology capital of nursing college students, it is an effective strategy to develop and provide an emotional regulation program.
