본 연구는 환자의 개인 특성이 인터넷 건강정보 이용에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위해 시도되었다. 본 연구의 대상은 국내외에 거주하는 10대~80대 남녀 306명이었으며, 수집된 자료는 R 3.1 for Windows와 SPSS 22.0 for Windows를 이용하여 빈도분석, 교차분석, 집단비교분석, 상관분석, 회귀분석 방법으로 분석하였다. 분석결과 환자의 개인특성(성별, 연령, 결혼, 학력, 직업, 월평균소득, 거주지), 건강정보 검색시간, 병원선택 고려요인, 질환유형, 질환병력, 주관적 건강)은 인터넷 건강정보 이용에 유의미한 영향이 있었다. 환자의 개인특성 중 가구 유형은 유의미한 영향력이 없었다. 환자의 개인특성은 인터넷 건강정보 이용의 관심도, 이용도, 검색정보, 환자참여도, 환자상의도, 추구의도에 영향을 미쳤다.
Abstract
This study was attempted to identify the effect of patient's personal characteristics on the use of Internet health information. The subjects of this study were 306 people in the nationwide and 80s in the nationwide and abroad, and the collected data were used to analyze frequency analysis, cross analysis, group comparison, correlation analysis, Analysis of regression analysis. As a result of the analysis, the patient's personal characteristics (gender, age, marriage, academic, vocational, monthly average income, residence, health information retrieval, hospital selection consideration, disease type, disease troops, subjective health) are significant impacts on using Internet health information there was. Among the personal characteristics of the patient, the furniture type had no significant influence. Patients' personal characteristics have affected the use of Internet health information, utilization, search information, patient participation, patient status and pursuit intention.
