본 연구는 정부기관의 지정 기록유산에 대해 종합적으로 살펴보고 이를 통해 기본적인 현황과 시사점을 살펴보았다. 국가유산청, 국가기록원, 국립중앙과학관은 각각 자체적인 법률적 기준을 가지고 이에 따라 중요한 기록유산에 대해 지정하고 있다. 기록유산 관련 기관은 각각의 특성이 다르며, 기록유산을 다루는 범위와 방식이 달라 제각각 데이터베이스를 구축하여 운영하고 있다. 다양한 정부기관에서 각기 개발되고 있는 지정 기록유산의 데이터베이스에 관한 비교 분석을 수행하여 각 데이터베이스별로 특징을 도출하고 이에 더하여 기록유산 데이터베이스가 갖고 있는 메타데이터 요소를 비교 분석하여 개선방안을 도출하였다
Abstract
This study examined the basic status and implications of the designated record heritage of government agencies. The National Heritage Administration, the National Archives, and the National Science Museum each have their own legal standards and designate important documentary heritage accordingly. Each institution related to record heritage has different characteristics, and the scope and method of dealing with record heritage are different, so each database is established and operated. A comparative analysis and analysis of the database of designated record heritage separately developed by each government agency were conducted, and improvement measures were derived.
