최근의 디지털 정보 기술 환경은 기존의 레코드키핑에 대한 사고의 전환을 요구하고 있다. ICT 기술을 기반으 로 한 네트워크화된 시스템 및 어플리케이션의 보편적 활용과 함께 다자간의 연계 속에 수행되는 클라우드 컴퓨 팅 환경은 기존의 업무 수행 및 기록 생성 방식을 변모시키고 있으며, 다양한 이해당사자들이 시공간을 초월하여 공유, 활용할 수 있도록 하고 있다. 이러한 상황에서 보다 넓은 범주의 정보관리 구조 내에서 기록화된 정보의 관 리 방안을 모색할 수 있는 이론적 틀 개발이 요청되고 있다. 이에 본고에서는 새로운 디지털 정보 환경에 부합하는 레코드키핑 방향성 모색을 위한 일환으로 개발된 레코드키핑 정보학의 이론적 구조를 분석하였다. 이를 위해 레 코드키핑 정보학의 개념 및 이론적 기반을 고찰한 다음, 컨티뉴엄 사고 및 메타데이터란 기반 요소와 함께 조직문 화, 업무 프로세스 분석 및 접근이란 분석 틀로 구성된 레코드키핑 정보학의 이론적 구조를 분석하였다. 이를 통해 최근의 ICT 기술 환경에서 레코드키핑 정보학이 지닌 의미와 함께, 향후 추가적으로 개발될 필요가 있는 영역을 제시하였다.
Abstract
The recent digital information technology environment requires a shift in thinking about the existing recordkeeping. Universal use of networked systems and applications, cloud computing technologies which is performed in a multiparty linkage is changing the existing way of performing business and creating records, and various stakeholders can share and utilize it transcending time and space. Under this circumstance the development of a theoretical framework that can find ways to manage recorded information within a broader information management structure is requested. Accordingly in this article, the theoretical structure of recordkeeping informatics developed as part of the search for the direction of recordkeeping in accordance with the new digital information environment is analyzed. To this end, the concept and theoretical basis of recordkeeping informatics were reviewed, and then the theoretical structure of recordkeeping informatics consisting of building blocks and facets of analysis was analyzed. Based on this, the meaning of recordkeeping informatics in the recent ICT technology environment and areas that need to be further developed are presented.
