Abstract
Realism is often defined as literature that accurately represents reality, but what we actually encounter is that literature is a narrative form that creates and constructs reality. More than just stories, literary narratives define community identity, reflect the desires of the times, and allow us to imagine new worlds. Micro Narratives, which emerged at the end of the last century when Modernity was questioned, were considered to deconstruct Grand Narratives and no longer be able to create new worlds and communities, but in recent years we have seen works that anticipate Post-Modern worlds and communities through literary narratives. In particular, poetic narratives are promoting the deconstruction of the world created by Modernity through new methods and sharpening our sense of the unfamiliar world that is coming. The poetic narrative that emerges in this way operates as a literary method that operates outside of Modern genre conventions, and is a form of expression that constitutively creates a new era represented by the Anthropocene. This paper will examine the ways in which such worldly manifestations and premonitions are revealed through the works of Soho Lee, Park Kwon, and Yonghoon Lee, and will complement the ways in which new narrative forms create times, worlds, and communities.
