초록

The purpose of this study is to apply the RQA5 conditions recommended by IEC 61267 and comparethe spatial resolution to MTF using a CMOS-based DSLR camera system and a DR system to improve imagequality. The study was conducted to use as basic data to confirm. The edge phantom used to acquire images for MTFmeasurement was the TX5 tungsten edge test device of IEC 62220-1 standard, and the wire quality and edge methodsuggested by IEC were used for the measurement. Images were evaluated using a GOS (gadolinium oxysulfide)-basedscintillator for the DR-based X-ray system and a CsI:Tl scintillator for the DSLR camera system. In order to evaluateimages using a DR system and a DSLR camera system, the resolution evaluation using the RQA-5 quality suggestedby IEC applied MTF. In order to evaluate images using a DR system and a DSLR camera system, the resolutionevaluation using the quality of RQA-5 presented by IEC was performed by applying MTF. In the DR system, whenMTF was 2% and the spatial frequency was 0.98924 and 10%, The spatial frequency was 0.83627 LP/mm. WhenMTF was 50%, the spatial frequency was 0.4745 LP/mm. In the DSLR camera system, the MTF was 0.99251 at 2%,and the spatial frequency at 10% was 0.90956 LP/mm. When MTF was 50%, the spatial frequency was 0.3771 LP/mm. In conclusion, in digital X-ray inspection, image quality can be confirmed by comparing the MTF accordingto the resolution of the GOS-based DR system and the CMOS-based DSLR camera. Images acquired using the DRsystem can be used as basic data for diagnosis and treatment.
