가정폭력 피해아동의 대인관계 향상을 위한 프로그램 개발 및 평가

본 연구는 우리나라 가정폭력 피해아동에 대한 개입 프로그램이 부족함을 인식하고 가정폭력 피해아동의 특성을 조사하여 프로그램을 구성하고 이를 현장에 적용하고자 하였다. 이와 같은 목 적을 달성하기 위하여 가정폭력 피해아동의 대인관계 행동 특징에 대한 선행연구, 문헌고찰, 현 재 가정폭력 피해아동의 대인관계 관련된 실태조사를 실시하였으며 그 결과를 프로그램 구성에 반영하였다. 검사도구로는 대인관계 검사도구로 활동 사전사후로 가정폭력 피해아동을 측정하였 다. 본 연구에서는 가정폭력 피해아동이 거주하고 있는 A쉼터, B쉼터를 선정하여, 종사자와 아동 들에게 동의를 얻어 가정폭력 피해아동 8명을 실험집단을 구성하고, 통제집단은 B쉼터 가정폭력 피해아동 8명으로 구성하여, 실험집단에게 6주 동안 총 12회의 활동을 실시하였다. 연구문제를 중심으로 두 집단의 차이와 실험집단에서의 효과에 대하 t검증을 실시한 결과는 다음과 같다. 대인관계 프로그램을 실시한 실험집단은 만족감, 신뢰감, 친근감, 자신감, 민감성, 의사소통, 이해성 점수가 통제집단에 비해 의미 있게 높은 것으로 나타나 가정폭력 피해아동의 대인관계 가 효과가 있음이 밝혀졌다. 전체적으로 대인관계 향상 프로그램을 실시한 결과 가정폭력피해 아동의 대인관계가 유의하게 향상되었음을 알 수 있다. 이러한 결과를 통하여 대인관계 향상 프 로그램은 시설 현장 및 가정폭력 피해아동에 활용할 수 있으며 가정폭력 피해아동들에게 대인 관계에 긍정적인 효과가 있었다는 것을 알 수 있다.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to test how much interpersonal relationship of children hurt by domestic violence was improved by organizing a program for improving interpersonal relationship of children hurt by domestic violence and applying it to a field. To this end, previous studies about behavioral characteristics of interpersonal relationship of children hurt by domestic violence and literature related to theories of interpersonal relationship were investigated. And survey on actual state related to interpersonal relationship of children hurt by domestic violence was conducted and its results were reflected on the program. With test tool for interpersonal relationship, children hurt by domestic violence were measured for before and after of the activity. The subjects were an experimental group composed of 8 children hurt by domestic violence who lived in shelter center and control group composed of 8 children hurt by domestic violence who lived in B shelter center. For this, this study selected A and B shelter center where children hurt by domestic violence lived under consent from workers in the center and related children. The experimental group had activity of 12 times in total for 6 weeks. t-test was conducted on difference between two groups and effect in experimental group focusing on study questions in data come from the study. The main findings of the study are as follows. The experimental group trained with program for interpersonal relationship showed significantly high records in satisfaction, trust, friendly feeling, self-confidence, sensitiveness, communication, and understanding than control group. This means that the activity had effect in interpersonal relationship of children hurt by domestic violence. As a result of conducting the program for improving interpersonal relationship, overall, interpersonal relationship of children hurt by domestic violence was significantly improved. Based on the results, it could be known that the program for improving interpersonal relationship can be used for facilities and children hurt by domestic violence, there was a positive effect in interpersonal relationship of children hurt by domestic violence.
