이 연구의 목적은 카지노 종사자의 여가학습태도와 직무만족의 상관관계를 시각화하여, 이를 토대로 향후 연구에 대한 시사점을 모색하는 데 있다. 이를 위하여 서울소재 H 외국인 전용 카지노 종사자들을 모집단으로 설정하여 총 179부의 유효 표본 수를 대상으로 하였다. 연구방법은 중심성 분석의 네트워크 분석 방법을 이용하였다. 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 여가학습태도가 높은 집단과 여가학습태도가 낮은 집단의 직무만족에 대한 중심성이 차이가 있음을 시각화 하여 정리하였다. 둘째, 여가학습태도에 따른 직무만족은 하위요소 관계 만족적 직무만족에 대한 중심성이 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 여가학습태도가 높은 집단은 업무 만족적, 낮은 집단은 관계만족, 승진의 직무만족에 대한 중심성이 높게 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과를 토대로 우리나라 관광산업의 카지노라는 특수 업무 종사자에 대한 관심과 직무만족, 나아가 개인의 행복감을 위한 여가활동 장려의 토대가 될 수 있는 여가학습태도 함양을 위한 평생학습으로서의 여가연구에 대한 방향에 대해 논의하였다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to suggest some implications for after research by visualize the correlation between analysis of leisure learning attitudes and the job satisfaction. With this purpose, extracted 179 samples of research from employees of a casino located in Seoul. This study used analysis of text networks. The results of the study were as follows: First, this study was organized by visualizing about on difference in the centrality of job satisfaction between a group with high leisure learning attitude and another group with low leisure learning attitude. Second, they have a high level centrality on job satisfaction about relationship according to their leisure attitude. Third, the group with high level of leisure learning attitude satisfied with working satisfaction, another group with low level satisfied with relationship and job satisfaction about promotion. Finally, the direction of leisure learning research as lifelong learning was discussed. Based on the results of this study, we interested in the special worker, employees of a casino and job satisfaction. Furthermore it is necessary to cultivate the attitude of leisure learning which can be the foundation of encouraging leisure activity for individual happiness.
