The total amount of the loan, duration of CML and livelihood improvement through CML was analyzed as factors influencing CML satisfaction. The CML program has effectively enhanced the livelihoods of the community members and played a crucial role in government strategies of rural development and poverty alleviation across the nation-wide.

As a result, CML showed significant positive changes before and after using CML in the livelihood improvement, income increase and saving habits of the farmers. The total amount of the loan, duration of CML and livelihood improvement through CML was analyzed as factors influencing CML satisfaction.
