Quantitative data and qualitative were obtained through survey (472 participants) and interviews (23 participants) respectively. As a result of the quantitative study, the performance of appropriate MCH care was not high, and Health extension workers were the most common MCH care giver. Although the compliance for required vaccinations and medications for child was higher, contraception for family planning was not high. Through the qualitative study, cultural differences towards pregnancy and childbirth and short of accessibility were revealed as the biggest obstacles.
