초록
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of amino coat, Centella asiatika and silk peptide on the recovery of nails injured by jel treatments. Amino coat, C. asiatika and silk peptide are considered as effective substances in the recovery of injured nails. The study period was 4 months from June to September, 2017. Amino coat was classified according to grade 1 of the nail damage grade. It was found that the floating of the nail between the layers of the nail was remarkably smaller and the white band due to the dryness recovered rapidly. It was also found that the nail surface cracks disappeared remarkably and the resilience was very good. C. asiatica was graded as 2~3 according to the degree of nail damage grade, and the white band became thinner due to drying and delamination between the improved layer., However, the surface cracks did not recover greatly after 3 or 6 weeks. The silk peptide was between 1 and 2 grades according to the degree of nail damage grade. After 3 weeks, the silk peptides showed surface delamination but dryness was found to recover. And after 6 weeks, fewer surface cracks and less dryness was observed. These results suggested that amino coat, C. asiatica, and silk peptide are effective ingredients in the development of new adjuvant because they have a beneficial effect on the recovery of damaged nails.
