초록
In the current study, we examined the effects of Artemisiae Capillaris Herba extracts (ACH) on the anti- inflammatory efficacy in keratinocytes. HaCaT keratinocytes were stimulated with M5 (mixture of IL-17A, IL-22, IL-1α, oncostatin M, and TNF-α) for development of a psoriatic keratinocyte model in vitro. Stimulation with M5 resulted in significantly upregulated levels of TNF-α, IL-1β, CCL-20, and CXCL-8. However, upregulation of these inflammatory cytokines and chemokines was attenuated by treatment with ACH. In addition, phosphorylation of MAPKs, JAK1/2 and STAT1/3 was inhibited by ACH in psoriatic keratinocytes. These findings suggest the potential for future use of ACH as a natural cosmetic material.
