Abstract

In the 21st century, movies are described as the most influential mass media on consumers' daily lives. Millions of people watch movies on earth every day. Consumers are in a variety of formats: the Internet, smartphones. They watch movies every minute through SNS, TV, VOD, SNS, DVD, etc. Movies have long been a part of our lives. Movies are called cinema, film, movie, motion-picture, and movie-free. Despite the global financial crisis that occurred in 2008, the global cultural content industry recorded an annual growth rate of 10 percent before and after the end of 2017. And it's a very growth potential industry. Among them, the film industry shows a higher growth rate than other cultural content industries, with all consumers increasing their income levels, with very high consumption and high elasticity. American cinema features include: American movies are used to mean Hollywood movies. However, in addition to the Hollywood film company's production, there are also movies made by small companies such as independent films. It is described as an American movie. In this study, the American film industry ranks first in the world as of the end of 2017, compared to the global film industry. Then, the author studied the American film industry, which has the biggest impact on the global film industry.
