초록

Morocco, from the oil poor country to solar energy rich country, is one of the very important country to open green growth and international cooperation for the era of renewable resources such as solar and wind from Sahara Desert. Clean energy and green growth is the best way to development of sustainable economic growth and environment protection. The Desertec is prevailing to prepare the clean and renewable energy on the world. EU and MENA are preparing progressively the longway to electricity trade between EU and MENA. The energy situation of Morocco will be almost free from the renewable energy development through the desertec dream realized. The Moroccan Solar Plan is regarded as a milestone on the country’s path towards a secure and sustainable energy supply which is clean, green and affordable. The Ouarzazate project is a planned 500MW solar plant which will be among the largest CSP(Concentrated Solar Power) plants in the world. Overcoming a series of delays, Morocco started up its Noor I solar project on February 4, 2016, marking what many observers call a new era for solar power in North Africa.

Abstract

Morocco, from the oil poor country to solar energy rich country, is one of the very important country to open green growth and international cooperation for the era of renewable resources such as solar and wind from Sahara Desert. Clean energy and green growth is the best way to development of sustainable economic growth and environment protection. The Desertec is prevailing to prepare the clean and renewable energy on the world. EU and MENA are preparing progressively the long way to electricity trade between EU and MENA.
