불교자산의 경제적 가치 추정방법에 대한 연구

본 연구는 불교자산의 경제적 가치를 조건부 시장가치평가법을 위한 로짓 모형을 통해 측정하는데 있다. 불교자산은 그동안 재산적·법적 가치를 중요시 하였지만, 최근에는 사회적 가치와 인류의 공공재적 가치에 중점을 두고 있다. 이 방법을 통해 얻어진총지불의사가격이 해당 불교자산의 경제적 가치를 의미하고 있다. 이러한 총지불의사가격에는 불교자산의 공급자가 제시한 가격에 대한 소비자의 반응, 불교자산에 대한 소비자의 가격 만족도, 방문횟수, 방문형태, 소비자의 취미성향, 불교자산에 대한 접근성, 휴식 공간, 쾌적도, 학술성, 역사성, 예술성, 안전도, 부대시설을 통한 소비자의 이용만족도, 소비자의 불교자산에 대한 의식수준, 해당 자산의 구성요소, 소비자의 인구학적특성 등을 종합적으로 반영하여 얻어진 결과이다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to investigate the economic values of Buddhist Assets using a Contingent Valuation Method. Buddhist assets are evaluated based on the financial and legal values, however, nowadays, they are considered as social values and are treated as public goods for humanity. From the results of the empirical study, total willingness to pay is estimated as the economic value of Buddhist assets. The amount that total willingness to pay is estimated by considering consumer's reaction to the price offered from the suppliers of Buddhist assets, consumer's satisfaction, numbers of visit, types of visit, types of hobbies, accessibility, rest areas, comfort, academic importance, historical importance, artistry, safety, facilities, level of consciousness for Buddhist assets, structural elements, consumer's demographic characteristics, and etc.
