본 논문은 여성 신학이 태동하게 된 원인을 여성 혐오에 있다고 보고, 여성 혐오를 실효케 하는 언어의 수행성의 측면에서 여성 혐오 문제를 고찰하고 이를 극복하기 위하여 신학과 교회가 어떠한 노력을 기울여야하는지, 여성 신학의 과제를 살펴본다. 여성 신학은 오랜 시간 사회구조와 체제에서 확립된 여성의 억압과 차별로부터 고통당한 여성들을 해방하기 위한 신학이다. 그런데 사회에서 행해지는 여성 혐오는 언어를 통해 이루어진다. 언어를 통해 사회의 구조와 체제를 형성하여 언어-사회를 만든다. 그런데도 여성 신학에 관하여 여성 차별의 기저인 혐오를 언어적 측면에서 살펴본 연구는 미비하다. 따라서 본 논문은 여성 차별의기저인 혐오를 언어, 젠더의 수행성의 측면에서 살펴볼 것을 제안하고이것이 사회와 교회 공동체의 미치는 영향을 지적하며 앞으로 여성 신학의 과제에 관하여 제언한다.
Abstract
This article considers that the cause of the birth of womanist theology lies in misogyny, and examines the problem of misogyny in terms of the performative language that makes misogyny ineffective. Womanist theology is a theology to liberate women who have suffered from women’s oppression and discrimination established in the social structure. Misogyny in society is created through language. Therefore, this article proposes to look at the hatred that is the basis of discrimination against women in terms of the performative language and gender, points out the impact of this on society and the church community, and suggests future tasks for womanist theology.
