본 논문은 소멸위험 지역에 위치한 강원 홍천의 분홍공장과 충남 부여의 생산소의 사례를 분석하고 지역소멸에 대응하기 위한 지역공동체 활성화 방안을 모색하고자 한다. 이를 위해 지역공동체의 개념과 지역공동체를 형성하는 문화예술공간을 살펴보고 지역소멸 대응을 위한 문화예술공간과 생활인구의 중요성을 고찰하고자 한다. 그다음 분홍공장과 생산소의 프로젝트, 운영자 인터뷰를 분석한다. 활성화 방안으로 지역공동체 형성을 위한 전제조건의 필요성, 공간 조성을 넘어 인적 네트워크의 중요성, 관심사를 결집시킬 수 있는 프로그램 개발, 지역민과 이주민을 연결하는 핵심 인적자원 발굴의 필요성, 생활인구로서 작가, 기획자 등의 지속적인 교류, 지자체의 지원과 협력을 제시할 것이다.
Abstract
This study questions the rapid development of ‘AI cinema’ that has emerged as a result of the advancement of AI technology. Visual images and videos produced by AI to date have been characterized by plagiarism, coincidence, lack of authoritativeness or logic, and disconnectedness. When considered from the perspective of utilizing AI technology as a creative tool, these problems with neural network AI boil down to the phenomenon that results are generated without any regard for the creator's intentions. This study proposes a production method that applies iconography, symbols, and film semiotics as a way to compensate for these problems. This is because the accuracy and precision of rule-based semiotic AI is the key to solving the problems of neural network AI.
