초등학교 체육수업에 조명된 교사의 감정에 관한 연구

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine how teacher's emotions such as delight, anger, sorrow and enjoyment, reflected in physical education class in elementary school were revealed. 5 teachers who were working in an elementary school located in Seoul were selected as the participants of the study to achieve the purpose. Data was collected through a narrative questionnaire, an intensive interview and documents. Collected data was analyzed by case records and inductive categorical system. Also, there was a multi-dimensional analysis, examination among members, agreement among researchers used to ensure the truth of the data. The results of the paper were drawn as follows through the above processes. Teachers were delighted when they finished class as they intended initially. In this case, they found 'the opening of new possibility' and felt happy through 'students' changes by their help'. meeting incorrect understanding of physical education class, teachers were angry. especially, they were displeased at 'the loss by intereference and disturbance of class', 'class with loudness', and 'students' ignorance resulted from the disappear of respect'. Sorrow among teachers' feelings towards physical education class in elementary school was sadness about the barrier of physical education. 'physical education class which is not respected', 'Reduced and restrained class' and 'the limitation of consideration for alienated students' saddened them. On the other hand, they felt enjoyment through 'the unity with students together', 'restored relation from the sense of distance' based on smooth aftereffects by sympathy.
