초등학교 저학년 진로․흥미 탐색과 명리학의 상관성 연구

본 논문은 명리학의 직업적성을 연구한 것으로 자신의 직업적성을 이해하고 직업을 선택한다면 직업의 만족도를 높일 수 있을 것이다. 본 논문의 목적은 초등학교 저학년 학생들의 진로⋅흥미와 명리학의 상관성을 연구하여 적성에 맞는 진로 선택 방향을 학생들에게 제시하여 자신의 선천적 재능과 적성을 미리 알아 만족한 직업을 찾기를 바라는 것이다. 연구 대상은 서울에 사는 초등학교 1학년 19명, 2학년 4명, 3학년 1명으로 직접 수집한 사주명리와 장래희망, 주니어 커리어넷 진로⋅흥미 탐색 검사를 비교 분석하였다. 연구 대상을 초등학교 저학년 학생들로 한정한 이유는 자신의 진로적성을 일찍 탐색하면 할수록 자신의 정체성을 파악하는데 유리하기 때문이다. 본 논문의 연구 방법은 선행논문에서 밝혀낸 Holland의 직업적성에 대한 명리학적 특성의 결과와 초등학교 저학년 학생들의 진로⋅흥미에 대한 명리학적 특성이 서로 부합되는지를 확인하려고 한다. 일간을 중심으로 명리학의 음양과 오행의 물상, 일간, 십성과 격국 등을 적용하여 직업적성을 분석하였고 초등학교 저학년 학생들의 진로⋅흥미 직업탐색 결과지와 명리학 선천적 직업적성의 상관성을 비교하였다. Holland의 직업적성에 대한 명리학적 특성의 사례분석은 선행연구와 마찬가지로 서로 복합적, 유기적으로 상관성을 가지고 있어 동⋅서양의 융합적 분석은 서로 관련성이 있다는 것을 다시 한번 확인할 수 있었다. 다만 Holland 직업 흥미 검사 결과 중 진취형과 관습형은 검사 결과에서 한 명도 나오지 않았는데 이는 초등학교 저학년의 가치관이 아직 확립된 시기가 아닌 점이 반영된 것으로 보인다. 본 연구를 통해 학생들의 진로․흥미․직업 탐색과 명리학적 선천적 직업적성의 상관이 조기에 분석되어 학생들의 진로선택에 유익한 도움이 될 수 있기를 바란다.
Abstract
This paper is a study on the professional aptitude of Myeongli Science(命理學) and if we understand our professional aptitude and choose a job, we will be able to increase job satisfaction. The purpose of this paper is to study the correlation between career interest exploration and Myeongli Science in the lower grade of elementary school students and present them with career choice directions suitable for their aptitude to find a satisfactory job by knowing their innate talents and aptitudes in advance. The subjects of the study were 19 first graders, 4 second graders, and 1 third grader living in Seoul, comparing and analyzing the ‘Saju-myeongli’, ‘future hope’ and ‘Junior career net’ career interest search tests. The reason why the study target is limited to lower-grade elementary school students is that the earlier they search for their career aptitude, the more advantageous they are to grasp their identity. The research method of this paper attempts to confirm whether it is consistent with the case analysis results of Myongli Science characteristics on Holland's vocational aptitude revealed in previous papers and whether they were consistent with the Myeongli Science characteristics of lower grade elementary school students. Focusing on ‘Ilgan(日干)’, applies ‘Sipsung(十星)’ and ‘Gyeokguk(格局)’ between career interest exploration search results of lower grade elementary school students and the innate vocational aptitude of Myeongli Science was compared. The purpose of this paper was to provide systematic job information by using the advantages of the two theories by identifying job aptitude interests early in elementary school, and it was confirmed again that the case analysis of Holland's job aptitude was complex and organically correlated. However, none of the Holland vocational interest test results showed that the ‘enterprising’ and ‘conventional’ types were found in the test results, which seems to reflect the fact that the values were not established. Through this study, it is hoped that the correlation between students' career, interest, and job search and reputational innate occupational aptitude will be analyzed early, which can be beneficial for students' career choices.
