Abstract

The connection of the East Sea Railway will lead us into the continent and into the Eurasian economy. South Korea's capital and technology, and North Korea's abundant underground resources and quality workforce will strengthen us in the global economy. The opportunity has come for the people who have been through all kinds of trials in the history of division for half a century. The connection of the East Sea Line Railway on the Korean Peninsula will be the starting point for weaving the two Koreas together, and will enable stable and sustainable growth in the future.   Therefore, it is necessary to promote economic cooperation between North and South Korea through understanding of North Korea's economic reality and economic reform, and utilizing North Korea's resources and connecting the East Sea Line. It can successfully create the sustainable growth and development of the Korean Peninsula and economic cooperation between North and South Korea and possible economic reform scenarios in North Korea.
